🚩 Flag For Follow Up

• Live Pop-Up Notifications (Web Only):
  When a new Flag for Follow Up is created, web users will now see a live pop-up notification in the top right corner of the screen.
• Flag Count in the Main Header:
  This number reflects all current open flags and updates automatically when new flags are created or existing ones are completed.
• Date & Time Stamps on Flags:
  When you open an active Flag for Follow Up, you’ll now see the date and time it was created and last modified displayed in the pop-up window.
  Note: This update is coming soon to mobile.

💰 Restrict Ability for Techs to Change Tax Group

You can now enable a web setting (in Job Preferences) to prevent technicians from editing the tax group that populates on job forms. Once turned on, tax groups will no longer be editable in the mobile app.

Customize Other Event Types
You can now create your own event types! When scheduling an Other Event, simply open the Event Type dropdown to get started.

Updated Mobile App Sliding Actions
We’ve removed sliding actions for adding or removing additional technicians on appointments, as well as for equipment manufacturers and groups. You’ll now see plus (+) and minus (–) buttons instead.

Copying Existing Job Forms on Mobile
The Favorites filter has been added to invoices and proposals, making it easier to find and reuse the job forms you need.

Mobile App Updates & Fixes

• Maintenance plan descriptions now display in Present mode.
• Job form status no longer reverts to Presented after sending a proposal or invoice.
• Flat-rate labor rates now display correctly by customer type and trade.
• New internal messages now send as expected.
• Appointment notification recipients are now retained.

• Customers can now send images (PDF, JPG, PNG) via two-way messaging.
